ACA members should provide reliable services based on standardized operating and security procedures to each other. |

ACA Members should not involve in back door selling or use of partners and their client¡¯s confidential business data. |

4)

All ACA members should active in sales & Developments for new Business by negotiating best freight rates to secure the traffic for mutual benefits.. |
|
5)
|
ACA members should settle their Debit/Credit over dues within 30 days or mutual agreements basis. |
|
6)
|
Communication play most important role in our Business.All ACA members should promptly respond to the mails and rates requested by ACA members within 24 hrs. |
|
7)
|
Members can be terminated from Network directory on account of false Information, Poor level of services, bad credit activity among members and non-payment of ACA annual fee. |
|
8)
|
Freight collect protect facilities for only registered ACA members. Members
can handle their Freight Collect shipment up to (U$) 5,000 per month after
written approval and Guaranteed recover Collect amount from ACA management after
submission of necessary documents within 90 days. |

|
ACA management reserved the right to take legal action against the defaulter members to recover the freight collect default amount.Defaulter company will have to pay all expenses of appointed Attorney and their travel, lodging etc, etc to ACA. |
